WIAW – Intuitive Eating

Hey there and happy Wednesday! Woah, can you believe it? We’re already half way through the week. The days seem to keep going by faster and faster. That only means that the weekend is coming upon us faster. 😉 Erm.. the only down side to my day is that I am getting A LOT of stitches removed. o.o Wish me luck! Enough talking, onto the real reason why we love Wednesdays.. FOOD.

As you may of noticed, I am a very voluminous eater. I’ve been eating my intuition this week and I have loved it! Apparently I am one for oven roasted chicken and sweet potato. 😉 I have been having my treat before bed every night, just not good lighting to photograph. Any who, I hope you have an amazing day. ❤

  1. You’re meals are so perfectly balanced! Nice. I am for sure a volume eater. Huge ginormous salads are my favorite for dinners paired with a big bowl of clear-broth soup like wonton or vegetable. I think you ate the low-carb Trader Joe’s wrap, am I right?! If so, I really love those too! Inside wraps I love hummus, chicken breast, sprouts, mustard, lettuce, and avocado the best.

    • Why thank you! I love huge salads. I went through a quite extended phase of having a huge salad every day for lunch! They are so versatile and refreshing. 🙂 I’ve never had wonton soup. I’ll need to look into that! I actually had the La Tortilla brand, but the Trader Joe’s are quite tasty as well. 🙂 That combo sounds delicious!

  2. I had the BIGGEST craving for chicken tonight. I ended up roasting some up breasts and just going to town — apparently I needed some protein or something 😆 And when it comes to wraps, I’ve been going the sweet route the last couple of times I’ve had them, spreading a tortilla with almond butter and then topping it with either honey, jam, or bananas. So.darn.tasty.

    • I love roasting chicken, especially with a bunch of spices or adding salsa to the mix. It soaks up so much flavor. 🙂
Mmm, that sweet wrap combo sounds tempting. I may explore the option in the near future. 😀

  3. Seriously, every single one of your meals looks amazing!! Dinner party?! lol 😉 I think my favorite is the plate with a wrap and tons of snacks (grapes, nuts, carrots) OH and your homemade tortilla chips 😉
