1. Β Warm Apple Pie Oatmeal topped with peanut butter with a side of coffee.

2. Two rice cakes topped with peanut butter, a bowl of greek yogurt topped with cereal, a piece of chocolate πŸ˜‰ and a side of hot chocolate.

3. Grilled chicken, broiled sweet potato, and fresh green beans.

4. A wrap filled with spinach, turkey, avocado, and salsa with some trail mix.

1. Slowly recovering- things are getting easier for me.

  1. Our phone histories look the same! My eyes lit up when seeing where you have travelled – I am such a travel freak and have always wanted to go to California and NYC! I too, have suffered from disordered eating, and I know what an amazing feeling it is to eat without guilt! To be able to eat a meal and not be thinking about what I ate for hours afterwards! Congratulations! I I will be your ‘blend!’. I am very new to the blogging world, so I don’t have any yet!

  2. I love that 3 of your 5 was your mom. Mine too, except I wrote 5 different people on my Spill It Sunday. This is because my mom doesn’t text or use any social media. I just taught her how to use craigslist to buy furniture. πŸ™‚

    I did all my places locally… I need to get out of the state more.

    • I probably should have, but I gotta keep it real, haha. πŸ™‚
      My mom results to craigslist for everything! You want something? Craigslist. Want a new phone? Craigslist.

    I am stoked to hear that you’re recovering AND the concept of IE is working well too- It’s a concept many find hard to grasp so kudos to you!

  4. I HATE talking on the phone lol…I purposefully sometimes won’t answer peoples’ calls just so I can text them later instead of talking oh the phone hahah!

    I’ve been eating the same boring/healthy food lately. I have no motivation to be creative with food right now hahah!

    And girl I gotta say, you have some BEAUTIFUL luscious locks of hair! πŸ™‚

    • I hate talking on the phone as well, besides if it’s a loved one, because it can be so awkward sometime. o.o
      I admit to doing that as well, haha!

      I get into a habit with using the same meals over and over until I randomly get really inspired out of no where.

    Anywho, its Kat from Katalyst Health on Instagram! I cant believe I just realized you had a blog. *face palm*
    I’m not a big phone talker. I talk to my daddy on the phone once a week and sometimes my Sissy, but we typically Skype or FaceTime so that I can see her kids πŸ™‚
    And Im seriously in SUCH a food rut right now! Life has just been bananas and I haven’t really had the time to invest in making anything new, so my brain is on auto pilot when I get into the kitchen and I just make what I always make!
