Steak topped with hot sauce, roasted sweet potato, honey maple beans, and peas.
My attempt at being cute for V-day with Warm Apple Pie Oatmeal topped with a peanut butter heart with a side of coffee.
PB & J Melted Banana Oatmeal with a side of coffee.
A spinach + turkey + avocado sandwich on whole wheat, apple slices, carrots, broccoli topped with salsa, grapes, and almonds.
Chicken and Shrimp Pho.
Roasted pork, mashed sweet potato, carrots, grapes, and roasted parsnips.
A chicken + cheese + red pepper + onion enchilada topped with green chili sauce and hot sauce with a side of veggies.
I love a week filled with good eats. Makes this foodie happy. 😉
