Ahh, I surprised you there with a remix, didn’t I? 😉 Well, hey there and it’s finally Wednesday! Woop woop. One day closer to the weekend. I hope everyone enjoyed National Pancake Day yesterday and Happy Mardi Gras! My food game has stepped up to a new level. Finally eating more food. Finally conquering past fear foods. I guess opening up really did help. Thanks Amanda! Now, onto the main event…

Turkey burger, roasted sweet potato, and mixed veggies.
Two eggs, cabbage, beans, and sausage (!).
Egg white oats topped with chia seeds, cottage cheese, Fruity Pebbles, and peanut butter with a side of coffee.
Whole wheat pasta, baked chicken, and steamed broccoli + green beans.

Chocolate pancakes topped with apple sauce + strawberries + blueberries, two rice cakes topped with spinach + turkey + tomato, apple slices, carrots, grapes, and trail mix.
Whole wheat lasagna (!) with mushroom and lean ground beef with a side of green beans.
Egg white french toast topped with apple sauce + blueberries, two rice cakes topped with spinach + turkey + tomato, carrots, grapes, strawberries, and trail mix.
Chicken, cabbage, and broiled sweet potato.
Sausage (!) , cauliflower topped with hot sauce, and roasted sweet potato.
Whole grain pasta (!) topped with tomato sauce, grilled chicken, and green beans.
