Woah, it’s already Wednesday? This week has been speeding by! Can it please slow down so I can fully enjoy my break?
My appetite has really grown over the past week. I don’t know what it is, but my stomach is always crying out for it to be fed. Well, you know I have to listen. The body wants what the body wants. I have been filling up my plates pretty generously. By no means am I stressing about it. Like Arman said, we have to honor our hunger. This will be pretty evident in my post to day. Sit back, relax, and get prepared to get hungry. 😉

Tacos with spinach + lean ground beef + tomato + onion and a side salad of spinach + carrots + lean ground beef + tomato.
Chicken, roasted sweet potato, and peas.
Melted banana caramel egg white oats with chia seeds, cottage cheese, apple chunks, strawberries, and peanut butter with a side of coffee.
A wrap, almonds, strawberries, grapes, carrots, and quinoa black bean chips.
Chicken, steamed broccoli, and a baked sweet potato.
Chicken, brown rice, quinoa, and veggies.
