Busy Bee Eats (WIAW)

Happy happy Wednesday! Wow, I can’t believe were are already halfway through the week. Hey, I ain’t complaining. One day closer to Friday. ๐Ÿ˜‰ School is starting to get a lot more busier with after school sessions to prepare for finals. I have to stay after four days a week and go in early one day. It seems as if my life is now relocated to school. I know it is a lot of work, but it will all be worth it in the end. Just 37 more days. ๐Ÿ˜€ Woo hoo! Now, onto what I have been eating with such a busy schedule.

Carbed up for a boat load of studying with whole wheat pasta shells + tomato sauce + mushroom + onion + lean ground beef + cheese and a side of cauliflower.

Two cheese + pork + onion + red bell pepper enchiladas topped with green chili sauce with a side of broccoli.

Told you I need my oatmeal with coffee every morning.ย

A wrap of ff cream cheese + spinach + turkey + avocado + salsa + an egg, carrots, pineapple, watermelon, grapes, and apple slices. Get that afternoon sugar boost.

Same wrap as above with carrots, cottage cheese, and apple slices with peanut butter.

  1. NOM to everything here!! I find when Im busy that my food tends to go haywire. I actually eat way less, because I forget or am so busy running around that I skip it. Which is why I always try to keep some form of snackage in my bag, but sometimes I just forget!

  2. I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of oatmeal pictures ๐Ÿ™‚ I had a bowl for dinner tonight because I just needed something comforting and warm… and almond buttery ๐Ÿ˜‰ And my brain food of choice is definitely some kind of trail mix — bonus points if it includes chocolate!

  3. My power fuel is bananas! I can’t live without them!!! I mean, they are delicious, and the perfect amount of healthy sugar (I know they have too much, but whatever, is not added right?)
    I love that your meals have a touch of variety and healthy foods!! Keep on the good work ๐Ÿ˜›

  4. Your plates are so colorful! Warm weather food for me means tons of fruit, salads (especially caprese with ripe summer tomatoes!), and homemade frozen desserts – I got an ice cream maker last year and used it probably twice a week until it got cold out. It will soon be time to pull that baby back out!
