Guess what day it is? Guess what day it is! It’s hump day What I Ate Wednesday! Is it just me or is this week flying by? Yesterday, I only had to go to school for three hours for a review session and today I start school at 10:30 am and only have 30 minutes classes. I’m not complaining. 😀 This week has been crazy full of work and studying, but it’s semi-close to the weekend. Enough of the talking, right? Time to get onto the eats!

Pasta with lean ground beef + mushroom, french bread, and peas.
