The Big Plates Are Back (WIAW)

Guess what day it is? Guess what day it is! It’s hump day What I Ate Wednesday! Is it just me or is this week flying by? Yesterday, I only had to go to school for three hours for a review session and today I start school at 10:30 am and only have 30 minutes classes. I’m not complaining. 😀 This week has been crazy full of work and studying, but it’s semi-close to the weekend. Enough of the talking, right? Time to get onto the eats!

  1. Coconut vanilla pancakes sound delicious! Tomorrow is my anniversary… maybe my husband would like surprise pancakes for breakfast? Tacos will also be on the menu soon over here 🙂
