Happy Wednesday! It’s halfway through the week, and I am really looking forward to the weekend. School has been busy with review sessions, projects, and preparation for the upcoming AP exams and finals. I know you are probably sick of hearing about it, but I promise it will be over soon. With all of this work comes a mighty appetite for me. I have been eating a lot more to keep me fueled for the long hours of studying and work. Here’s a collection of the past two weeks of eats.

Ham, sweet potato, eggs, and spinach.
Whole wheat pasta with lean ground beef + mushrooms, veggies, and garlic bread.
Grilled chicken and cheese green chili enchiladas and veggies.
A wrap with cream cheese + spinach + turkey + salsa + an egg, apple slices, pineapple, carrots, and greek yogurt + corn flakes.
Ham + mashed sweet potato + fresh green beans.
Chicken, whole wheat pasta, and broccoli.
A turkey burger topped with spinach + salsa, sweet potato, and veggies.
A pork chop, sweet potato, broccoli, and carrots.
Chicken, quinoa, tuna, and broccoli.
Whole wheat pasta with tuna and carrots.
Egg white oats with blueberries + peanut butter and coffee.
Egg white oats with apple + peanut butter and a side of coffee.
Meatloaf, quinoa, and carrots.
Carne asada tacos, avocado, roasted veggies, and rice.
