WIAW: Finally Balanced with Food

Happy Wednesday my lovely readers!

I’m into my fourth week of school (I’m still surprised on that!) and I am getting more adjusted to the schedule. My days are typically gym in the morning, classes from 10:30 am – 3:30 pm , and then do what I have to do afterwards. I also want to mention in the intro that I have just been feeling so blessed, comfortable, and happy lately. Seriously, this is the first time in such a long time that I am genuinely happy and comfortable with my eating. I usually stress over macros and calories, but now I am just eating. You guys, I’M ACHIEVING BALANCE finally. You don’t understand how happy this makes me! ^_^
