Good morning/afternoon/evening loves! ❤

I am slowly making my way into blogging again (by slow I mean a tortoise trying to walk through peanut butter slow!). It feels good to write everything out again and connect with the bloggers I used to read every single day! I typed up this post just before I have to head to class while sipping on some hazelnut coffee… mmmm. ❤ Today marks 1 year 4 months with the love of my life which even makes today that much more special. ❤ January was a good month for me, but February is already turning out to be even better!  mI thought I would share some currently’s, and hope to see what you are currently into as well! My Favorite Smoothie

The temperatures have been rising lately, and my craving for a smoothie has sky rocketed. I am a sucker for a thick, creamy, delicious smoothie. I mean, who isn’t? All smoothies are so versatile which makes them one of my favorite foods! With the temperatures reaching over 100 already here in Arizona, a cold drink is pretty much a must have. I have adopted a pretty similar base to Amanda’s smoothies, but I made it my own (in a way). 😀




I don’t really have a name for it, so I will just call it my favorite smoothie. 🙂

-1/2 cup almond milk

-1/2 scoop of protein powder (I chose Chocolate Peanut Butter)

-1/2 frozen banana

-1 TBSP peanut butter

-1 big handful of spinach

-a few handfuls of ice

WIAW – Fill All The Plates!

Hey you! Yeah, you! Happy hump day! It’s finally Wednesday and I have three reasons to be happy!

  1. Today is all about the food. 😉
  2. I have a shortened day of school.
  3. Only two more days until Spring Break! WOO HOO!

I guess you can say this is a pretty good day, amiright? This past week (since last Wednesday) has been filled with so many delicious eats. Seriously, my mouth is still watering looking back at my previous eats. Oh I guess I shouldn’t hog it all for myself. 😉 Without further ado.. here’s WIAW.

A turkey burger, half a baked sweet potato, and veggies.


A turkey burger topped with tomato, whole wheat pasta, and cabbage.


A wrap filled with lettuce + ham + avocado + hot sauce, apple slices, carrots, and whole wheat pasta topped with broccoli.


Chicken, a baked sweet potato, and asparagus.


A wrap filled with ff cream cheese + spinach + ham + onion + tomato + avocado, carrots, grapes, strawberries, blueberries, almonds, and quinoa black bean chips.


Cod, spaghetti squash topped with tomato sauce, and quinoa.


Melted banana egg white oats mixed with cottage cheese and chia seeds topped with blueberries, strawberries, and peanut butter with a side of coffee.


A wrap filled with ff cream cheese + spinach + ham + avocado + tomato, carrots, apple slices, blueberries, grapes, almonds, and quinoa black bean chips.


Pork roast, roasted turnips, and broiled sweet potatoes. 


Melted banana egg white oats mixed with chia seeds and cottage cheese topped with apple, cinnamon, and a gracious amount of peanut butter with a side of coffee in my twin’s cup. 😉
